Contest Rules

Entries will be accepted until Midnight CST on the last day of each month. Entries received after Midnight CST on the last day of the month will be entered into the next month’s drawing.

Giveaway drawing will be held the first week of each month. Winners will be notified by email. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are allowed. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are subject to expiration dates listed on each item.

Individuals can enter only once each month. Entries must be received by Midnight on the last day of the month. Only entry forms with complete and accurate information will be considered eligible.

Winner will receive the designated prize in cash or prizes. Contest varies monthly.

The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing. This contest is void wherever restricted or prohibited by federal, state or local laws.

Employees, family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the Nebraska Division of Travel and Tourism, the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, and Snitily Carr are not eligible for this promotion. Employees and family members of any of the participating accommodations, events, attractions and other sponsors are also excluded.

Promotion entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are final on all matters pertaining to contests. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless, the Nebraska Division of Travel and Tourism, the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Snitily Carr, participating businesses and sponsors, marketing services companies and any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest and/or any prize won.

The Nebraska Division of Travel and Tourism, the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Snitily Carr, and sponsor companies are not responsible for lost entries, interrupted or unavailable network servers or other failed telephone or computer connections and/or transmissions, miscommunications, technical failures, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

If for any reason the Web site section and/or the associated promotion is not capable of running as planned, including disruption by computer virus, unauthorized tampering or any other causes beyond the control of the administrators of the promotion, the Nebraska Division of Travel and Tourism reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.

Entry into the Nebraska Online Giveaway does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prizes offered for the promotion.
